Please allow 2-3 days to process and ship your order. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM will be processed the following Monday.
Standard shipping is $10 on all orders domestic orders. Orders shipped to HI or AK ship for a flat fee of $15.
Products typically arrive in 5-7 days once received by the carrier. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent as soon as the package has departed our facility.
International orders assumes all costs of shipping included any import/export tariffs and taxes accrued during the delivery.
We work really hard to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us at email@example.com. Please include your order number and let us know if you'd like an exchange or return request in the subject line.
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and we require a proof of purchase such as an order number or order confirmation email.
If your order arrives damaged or you're experiencing an issue with one of our products, please include some photos and description of the issue so that we can begin your exchange or replacement order.
Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return your items in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, including products purchased during a promotion, gift cards, or third party products.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
